How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at besazboutique.com couldn't be easier! Just follow these simple steps:
  1. Browse using the clothing options in the top menu bar, down the left hand side or enter a product description in the search box. To take a closer look at a product just click on the product image for more information.
  2. When you are ready to buy, choose your size and colour and simply click on add to shopping bag.
  3. Click on continue shopping, proceed to the checkout or view or edit your cart.
  4. Make and update any changes to your order and remember to enter and verify your gift certificate or coupon code if you have one.
  5. Click on proceed to checkout, which will led you to the secure checkout page.
  6. If you are an existing customer, enter your email address and password. If not, checkout as a guest or select new customers and fill in your details to register with us. Make a note of your password, as you will need it to keep track of your order and to shop with us again.
  7. Check your order and choose your delivery option.
  8. Select your method of payment, enter the details then click on confirm and pay.
  9. Make a note of your order number.
  10. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we are processing your order and another one when your order has been despatched to our couriers or ready for collection.
 

How do I use a coupon code or gift certificate?

After adding items to your cart, click the "Items" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Why is my size not showing on the pull down menu?  

Our company selects a range of sizes to be offered based on our experience with broader demand. When we run out of stock in a particular size, color, or item; it will no longer be shown online. We update our site regularly so it is worth checking back to see if the item you are looking for is back in stock.

Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?

No, you can checkout as a guest, however by registering with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your BeSaz Boutique account:

  • Review your current orders and past purchases
  • Save your address details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Easily track your order status and history
  • Manage your account details
  • Receive regular newsletters with new products and current trends
  • Registration is FREE!!!

To create an account, simply click on 'Create an Account' and fill in your details. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

If you've forgotten your password we'll need to reset it for you. Simply click the “My Account” link at the top of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?” click here and enter your email address, you will receive a ‘Password change request’ email. This link will take you to the screen to change your password. For security reasons, we cannot send you your original password via email. If your new password does not work please contact us for assistance.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

We are sorry that you did not receive a confirmation of your order. It is possible that this email could be in your junk email folder or we may have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us at info@besazboutique.com and we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.

What payment methods does BeSazBoutique accept?

We currently accept “Cash on Delivery” (within Nigeria and Ghana) or "Payment at Bank". "Mobile Money" is accepted for our clients in Ghana.

Please follow the following process to pay using these options:

Add the product/s to your shopping bag

On the secure checkout page, select “Bank Deposit”

Then select “Proceed to Payment”

Pay via online transfer or at any Fidelity or Zenith Bank branch nationwide using your name and order number as reference. Our account details are below:

All products will be dispatched as soon as cleared funds are received at the bank, Lagos orders will be delivered same day or next business day and other states within 2-3 days.

Why can’t I use my bankcard online at besazboutique.com?

At BeSaz Boutique your personal online security is very important to us and therefore we are currently reviewing the best way to implement this service. Online payments will be coming soon to besazboutique.com.

Can I see your prices in different currencies?

Yes, we provide our prices in US Dollars, Ghana Cedis, Euros and Pound Sterling, just use your mouse and select Change next to ‘All prices are in NGN’, a drop down menu will appear where you can select your desired currency.

I am a customer based in Ghana, how do I place orders with you?

Once you have selected your items and placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A customer service representative will then contact you to arrange payment and delivery of your item/s. Cash on Delivery and Mobile Money are accepted in Ghana. (We offer cash on delivery only within Accra). We use a door-to-door service to deliver your goods and it takes 2-3 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order but we can only do this by telephone.

You need to call us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late.

Can I cancel an item from my order?

In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel an item from your order but we can only do this by telephone.

You need to call us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late.

Can I find out if you will be getting replacement stock on items that have sold out?

Some of the items on our website do sell out quickly and unfortunately we are unable to tell you if we will be getting more of a particular item.We receive new stock monthly, and as soon as we do, we post them promptly on our web site. We suggest to keep checking back for any updates, as you may see something similar that you would like. If you see some thing that you would like to purchase, we recommend that you get it before it sells out.

You confirmed my order but I have now received an email saying one of the items is now out of stock. Why has this happened?

Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when we checked our store we found that there was no more stock available. Therefore we will not be sending this item out to you.

Although this does not happen often, when it does we have to cancel the item from the order and obviously we do not charge you for the item. Stock is regularly updated on our website so please keep checking.

How soon will I get my order and how much does it cost?

We offer same day (depending on when your order is placed) and next business day delivery for orders within the Lagos metropolis.

We offer a 1 business day delivery process for orders outside Lagos, and a 3 business day delivery process for orders outside Nigeria.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Sundays and public holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Delivery within Lagos is a flat rate of N500. Shipping cost for orders outside Lagos but within Nigeria is N1,500.

For delivery outside of Nigeria, you will contacted by one of customer service representatives once your order has been placed as it depends on the location and weight of the items.

How do I return my purchase?

All unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise will be accepted by BeSaz Boutique as returns. Items can be returned for store credit by sending or bringing the item to our store.

Once the item has been inspected, a store credit will be provided for any unused items.

For our clients in Ghana, a customer representative will liase with you to collect the item and give you a credit note.

Please note that we do NOT offer cash refunds unless there is a fault with the item.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Items are valid for returns if notification is made to the customer service team within 24 hrs of delivery and items delivered to the store within 3 business days.

How long will it take for my item to be processed once I have returned it?

Returns will be processed within 2 business days, once items have been received by our customer care team.

Are there any shipping charges should I decide to return an item?

Yes. In order to return your item, simply complete the Return Slip, which is emailed to you upon notifying our customer care team of a return requirement and pack the order in its original packaging. The shipping costs of returning your unwanted item/s will be your responsibility, please ensure that you retain a proof of postage.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item, something is missing or faulty from your order, please contact our Customer Care team making sure you include your order number.

  • If you have received the wrong item, include the item number and description and the item you should have received.
  • If the item is faulty include the faulty item's name and number, and a description of the fault.
  • If something's missing include the item number and description of the missing item.

We will get back to you as soon as possible, and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

How the VIP Program Works
1. Make your monthly payment between the 1st and 5th of every month

2. Browse our BeSaz VIP Fashion section on our website and buy your favorite fashion item (selected brands) using your VIP code. Each BeSaz VIP Fashion item is only N5000 or GHS 90.

3. No Obligation to Buy. You can Skip The Month and receive 1 dress credit.

Please note that the BeSaz VIP Program is only available on online purchases and not available in store.

Skipping the Month
If you're not ready to make a purchase, simply let us know by the 5th of the month and we will give you a dress credit. 

Membership Charge
If you don't make a purchase or Skip the Month by the 5th, you will still have to pay N5,000 or GHS 90 for a member credit. Each member credit can be redeemed for 1 style, so you can use it to shop later.
 

What if I don't like my selections? If nothing from the selected items in our BeSaz VIP Fashion section catches your eye, then let us know before the 5th of the month and you can wait until we upload new items. New items are added on a weekly basis.

Do I have to purchase an item every month?
No, there is no obligation to buy. But you are only entitled to skip one month before you have to make a purchase.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within Lagos is charged at N500, outside Lagos but within Nigeria is N1,500,  Shipping to Ghana is a flat rate of GHS 20. For International Shipping charges please contact us at info@besazboutique.com. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders within Lagos are shipped either on the same day or next day. Orders outside Lagos but within Nigeria take 1-2 working days. Orders to Ghana are typically processed within 2-3 days. As soon as your order ships, you will be notified with an email so you know your item is on its way. 

When am I charged for my purchase?
BeSaz Boutique requires our VIP members to make their monthly payments in advance via bank transfer between the 1st and 5th of every month to be eligible for this programme. For our customers in Ghana, payments can be made by bank transfer or mobile money.

 
What type of payments do you accept?
BeSaz Boutique accepts bank transfers or standing orders into any of our company bank accounts. We cannot accept personal cheques.

What is your exchange policy?
BeSaz Boutique strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience to all of our members. That's why returns and exchanges are hassle-free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, you can exchange it for another style or return it for a member credit or store credit FREE (you are responsble for the cost of returning the dress). We accept returns up to 7 days from date of shipment for items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact..

I love the BeSaz VIP Programme! Can I refer my friends?
Yes. When you refer 3 friends and they both make a purchase, you get a credit worth N5,000 or GHS 90, which you can redeem on selected brands of dresses.
 
How do I use my BeSaz VIP member credit?
Each member credit is worth N5,000 or GHS 90, so you can use it to redeem any dress from selected brands on the site. Remember, you can use them whenever you like - whether it's a little treat or a fashion emergency!
 
Can I cancel my BeSaz VIP membership?
You may cancel your BeSaz VIP Membership at any time. There is absolutely no cancellation fee. Simply contact us on info@besazboutique.com to cancel your VIP Membership.
